¿Has pedido una talla equivocada?
No te preocupes. Envíanos un correo a support@costaneracollection.com indicando tu número de pedido. Te ayudaremos a encontrar la talla correcta o a buscar una solución adecuada.
¿Dudas sobre las tallas?
¿No estás segura de cuál es la talla que mejor te queda? Escríbenos sin compromiso a support@costaneracollection.com. Indícanos tus medidas o tu talla habitual de confección para que podamos ayudarte de la forma más rápida y precisa posible.
¿Artículo dañado, defectuoso o equivocado?
Ponte en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible a través de support@costaneracollection.com con tu número de pedido, una breve descripción del problema y una foto del artículo. Si has recibido un artículo que no corresponde a tu pedido, indícanos también el nombre del artículo que habías pedido y el del que has recibido.
En estos casos los gastos de devolución corren por nuestra cuenta y resolveremos el problema lo antes posible.
Derecho de desistimiento
De acuerdo con la normativa europea de protección al consumidor, tienes derecho a desistir de tu compra sin necesidad de justificación.
- El plazo es de 14 días naturales desde que recibes el pedido. Puedes ejercerlo también antes de recibirlo.
- Dentro de ese plazo, envíanos un correo a support@costaneracollection.com con tu número de pedido indicando que deseas desistir. Te facilitaremos entonces la dirección de devolución.
- Dispones de 14 días desde esa comunicación para enviárnoslos.
- Los gastos directos de la devolución corren a tu cargo.
- Te reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos en un plazo máximo de 14 días desde que nos comuniques tu decisión, por el mismo medio de pago que utilizaste. Podemos retener el reembolso hasta recibir los bienes o hasta que demuestres haberlos enviado, lo que ocurra primero.
Estado de la prenda
Puedes probarte la prenda como lo harías en una tienda. Solo serás responsable de la disminución de valor si esta se debe a una manipulación que vaya más allá de la necesaria para determinar su naturaleza, sus características y su funcionamiento.
Garantía legal
Con independencia del derecho de desistimiento, respondemos de las faltas de conformidad que se manifiesten en un plazo de tres años desde la entrega, conforme al Real Decreto-ley 7/2021.
Excepciones
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a bienes confeccionados conforme a tus especificaciones o claramente personalizados, ni a bienes precintados que no sean aptos para su devolución por razones de higiene si el precinto se ha roto después de la entrega (por ejemplo, ropa interior o bañadores).

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@costaneracollection.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo of the item. If you received an item that does not match your order, also tell us the name of the item you ordered and the one you received.
In these cases we bear the cost of the return and will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
- The period is 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. You may also exercise it before receiving it.
- Within that period, email us at support@costaneracollection.com with your order number stating that you wish to withdraw. We will then provide you with the return address.
- You then have 14 days from that notice to send the goods back to us.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
- We will reimburse all payments received within a maximum of 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.
Condition of the garment
You may try the garment on as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Legal guarantee
Independently of the right of withdrawal, we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within three years of delivery, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for reasons of hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery (for example underwear or swimwear).
